Net One Systems, a Tokyo-based provider of network design, installation and cloud-integration services, needed to modernize its finance platform to simplify its database, establish a single source of truth, and enable real-time executive decision making. The company sought to migrate its core systems to SAP S/4HANA to improve productivity, consolidate financial and management data, and deliver clearer, faster reporting across the organization.

Working with SAP consulting and SAP MaxAttention, Net One deployed SAP S/4HANA Finance (with a six-month implementation) and adopted SAP Fiori and mobile solutions to surface a unified management index on the CEO dashboard. The project produced clearer financial visualization, an integrated single-table view of financial data, accelerated business processing, improved reporting, and a simpler user experience—enabling executives to act on live operational insights and boosting overall business efficiency.
