Baumann Koelliker AG, a 150‑year‑old Swiss electrical installation firm with about 1,000 employees and 14 subsidiaries, faced a fragmented IT landscape and manual data transfers that made project tracking, finance transparency, and customer service difficult. The company needed a unified ERP platform, mobile field access for technicians, and standardized processes to reduce errors and speed up operations.

Working with Agilita to implement SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori, Baumann Koelliker gave technicians mobile access to capture orders, hours, and material use in real time and centralized finance and reporting across subsidiaries. The rollout migrated over 100,000 data sets, equipped technicians with 100 tablets, enabled instant posting of hours (instead of 2–3 weeks), processed 6,700 mobile orders in the first 1.5 months, and delivered greater project visibility, faster processing, and improved customer service.
