Mindtree Ltd., a global IT consulting and outsourcing firm, faced the end of life for a 15-year-old on-premise server landscape and needed a future-ready platform to lower TCO, improve visibility and decision-making, enhance user experience, and enable rapid scalability and agility for its business and clients.

Mindtree migrated to a cloud-based ERP using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Fiori, supported by SAP Value Assurance and the SAP Integrated Delivery Framework in a 27-week, fully remote cutover. The move delivered faster scaling, reengineered processes and operational efficiency, real-time reporting on HANA, a consumer-grade UX with higher adoption, and a 35% reduction in database size.
