SCOTT Sports SA, a global cycling and outdoor brand operating in 103 markets with more than 30,000 dealers, set out to modernize its IT landscape and business processes to improve employee productivity and customer experience. The company needed to unify data, integrate on‑premise and cloud systems, and automate B2B, B2C and finance workflows to standardize sales and service and deliver faster, more secure buying journeys.

Working with partner AGILITA, SCOTT implemented SAP Integration Suite, SAP Customer Experience solutions and SAP Business Suite on HANA, and migrated from SAP BTP Neo to Cloud Foundry to leverage AWS as a managed data store. Using prebuilt integration content they created a single source of truth and real‑time dashboarding, migrated 100 artifacts in eight weeks, achieved 100% process integration, cut IT maintenance by ~70%, lowered TCO, and delivered faster buying cycles, secure payments and higher customer satisfaction.
