Frucor Suntory, an Auckland‑based leader in the Australasian beverages market, faced an outdated 20‑year‑old on‑premise sales system that forced reps to juggle four slow, siloed tools with poor offline capability. The fractured CRM data and inconsistent field processes made customer visits inefficient and hindered sales visibility and reporting.
To address this they built My Sales Hub (MySH), an iOS native app developed with Bourne Digital on SAP Business Technology Platform and integrated with SAP S/4HANA and C4C. MySH consolidated the four legacy tools into one offline‑capable app (200+ users, live Nov 2022), driving a 13% productivity increase, a 3% uplift in sales revenue via its recommendation engine, 44,000 monthly orders processed, and improved customer experience, standardized processes and reporting.
