The solution went live on 14‑Oct‑2024 and delivered measurable gains: 30% faster mock cycles, 3x reduction in system downtime during cutover, ~32% shorter project duration and lower resourcing cost, and successful migration of ~1,500 vendors, 400 customers and ~700,000 customer balances with minimal manual intervention and improved data accuracy.
