By partnering with GK Software to deploy SAP Point-of-Sale and SAP HANA, JD Group accelerated POS data delivery sixfold (cutting full-data turnaround from 24 to 4 hours), rolled out the solution rapidly across stores, and enabled offline trading, QR-based checkout, and digital receipts/warranties—improving customer experience and operational responsiveness while planning further HANA migrations and full e-commerce–POS integration.
