By implementing SAP Ariba, Ariba Network, SAP Fieldglass (contingent workforce and services procurement), SAP Signature Management by DocuSign, and SAP Services for integration and change management, LANL automated sourcing, contracting, buying, and supplier management. The program drove transactions to be processed more than 18× faster, reduced commercial transaction turnaround for amounts under $250K to under 8 hours (from ~30 days), and delivered better spend analytics, transparency, supplier relationships, and agility.
