RELX standardized and centralized external workforce management through the REflex program using SAP Fieldglass, an Allegis Group Services MSP and MBO Partners for contractors, introducing automated processes, competitive bidding and repeatable compliance workflows. The result was improved visibility into workforce and tenure, stronger risk mitigation and compliance, faster resource onboarding and measurable cost containment across its high-value external labor program.
