The solution delivered greater visibility and integrated approval workflows, standardized contracts and two‑year freelancer limits, fewer suppliers, on‑time invoices, and faster hiring—capturing €20M in annual contingent spend, achieving a 20‑day time‑to‑fill, managing about 10% of the workforce, and serving 90% of job postings with three qualified candidates.
