The program delivered $7.4 million in savings, hires within 5% of rate cards, a 10% reduction in time-to-fill, a 14% faster job posting-to-distribution cycle, an 84% decrease in timesheet submission-to-approval time, 82% of roles competitively bid, and year-over-year satisfaction gains, supported by regular reviews, audits and stakeholder communication.
