Wood Stone turns up the heat with efficient processes thanks to SAP Business One

Wood Stone, a Bellingham, Washington-based manufacturer and distributor of commercial cooking equipment, was struggling with inefficiencies in its legacy ERP and limited visibility into its data. The company also wanted better integration with add-ons and third-party tools, as well as a more streamlined MRP process. To address these challenges, Wood Stone turned to SAP Business One, along with supporting tools such as the B1 Usability Package and Beas Manufacturing.

With SAP Business One implemented by N’Ware Technologies, Wood Stone gained much better data transparency, improved decision-making, and more efficient processes. The new system also delivered enhanced MRP functionality and smoother integration with the company’s existing tools. While the case study does not provide hard financial metrics, Wood Stone reported that it was no longer “driving blind” and that its processes felt “vastly improved” thanks to SAP Business One.
