SAP Business One helped ONE build a strategic business process management platform that streamlined workflows, improved process modeling and governance, and enabled faster cross-functional alignment. The results included 450 unique business processes created and published in nine months, a 97% reduction in time and effort for managing outstanding demurrage in Latin America, and major efficiency gains in areas such as invoice management, cut-off operations, and booking management, with one booking-related improvement potentially saving US$500,000.
