Crown Flour Mills, a Lebanon-based flour milling company providing fresh flour daily, needed a more robust ERP system beyond finance software. The company was struggling with manual product cost calculations, which were time consuming and prone to inaccuracies, and needed a solution to connect sales, production, and warehousing.

SAP Business One, implemented with support from Inflexion, unified Crown Flour Mills’ operations and was customized with add-ons to match its processes. As a result, the company gained full inventory visibility, automated daily recipe cost calculations, improved stock transfer alerts, and better batch and expiry-date tracking to reduce waste; more than 500 sales transactions per day are now managed through SAP Business One.
