WST Industries, a Sanford, NC–based specialty contractor founded in 2006 with 67 employees, provides construction, maintenance and fabrication services to industrial clients. The company needed better visibility and control over purchase orders and invoices, faster payments, and new ways to market and grow its customer base.

WST implemented the SAP Ariba Network and Ariba Discovery with an enterprise subscription, allowing secure electronic PO and invoice exchange, confirmation and tracking, plus access to sourcing events and new customers. Since adoption, WST’s revenue grew by US$2.9M (2,000%), 95% of invoices are paid on time, accounts‑payable research time was eliminated, and the company has won new partnerships and expanded sales through improved visibility and Ariba Discovery.
