Tamouh implemented SAP S/4HANA alongside SAP Strategic Sourcing Suite, SAP Ariba Commerce Automation and the SAP Fiori UX to automate procure‑to‑pay, centralize finance and enable mobile-enabled field operations and bank integration. The transformation cut days sales outstanding by 25% to 90 days, reduced month‑end closing time by 70% to four days, moved 85% of accounts‑payable staff to strategic work, lowered procurement costs by about 30%, slashed printing and IT outsourcing costs, and improved collections, sustainability and customer service.
