Partnering with SAP Services and Support and the Business Transformation Services group, Alfasigma implemented a cloud procurement backbone using SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Collaborative Sourcing, Strategic Sourcing Suite and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance) plus advisory services. The transformation delivered faster deployments (and a three‑week window to identify targeted business value), increased consumer intimacy, reduced time to market, faster market penetration, higher spend compliance and working capital, lower prices, improved product compliance and a 50% reduction in activities required to choose suppliers—plus a foundation for digital supplier collaboration.
