M&R created an Ariba Discovery profile, upgraded to AdvantagePlus, and used Caesars’ mentoring and Ariba market intelligence to target opportunities, build buyer relationships, and be more responsive. The effort shortened its sales cycle, unlocked new national business, enabled scalable growth (currently ~10% with expectations to triple), and positioned the company to further leverage Ariba for procurement savings.
