HH Global, a London-based marketing services firm operating in 54+ countries, sought to eliminate inefficient, manual purchasing and invoicing processes and align procurement with its sustainability and growth strategy. The company needed to drive widespread adoption of an electronic procurement platform to reduce risk, speed sales cycles, and improve cash flow.
Using SAP Ariba solutions and Ariba Network, HH Global moved to electronic purchase orders, e-invoicing, PunchOut and published catalogs, and intelligent order routing based on rate cards and delivery location. The transformation automated procurement workflows, improved buyer collaboration and payment visibility, completed 319 enablement engagements for 102 clients, managed over $500M through the network (up from $95M), handled 50,000+ invoices, and now runs about 25% of purchasing volume on Ariba with faster payment terms for 10% of volume.
