A SAP Ariba Case Study
Atea, a leading IT infrastructure and services provider in the Nordic and Baltic regions with 87 offices across seven countries, faced the challenge of supporting and streamlining customers’ procurement journeys as part of its e‑commerce strategy. To stay competitive and better serve clients, Atea needed to enable software integration that would align its offerings with customers’ purchasing and supply‑chain processes on a market‑leading platform.
By implementing SAP Ariba solutions and connecting to Ariba Network, Atea enabled integrated procurement for customers—helping buyers from about 30 customers use e‑commerce to purchase IT services, modernizing its e‑commerce approach, improving service levels, and increasing client and stakeholder satisfaction. Full Ariba Network integration allowed Atea to deliver end‑to‑end service, collaborate with other suppliers, and contribute to better integrated purchasing processes.
