Glovoapp23 S.L., the Barcelona-based on-demand delivery platform, needed to simplify and control its growing procurement activity. Working with SAP Services, Glovo implemented the SAP Strategic Sourcing Suite and SAP Ariba solutions (Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Sourcing, Supplier Risk, Procurement). The first two solutions went live in eight weeks, about 200 contracts were migrated and 100 suppliers registered within a month, and new suppliers can be onboarded in roughly 10 days—delivering streamlined, compliant processes, greater transparency for faster decisions, and a single source of truth to accelerate further automation.
