OfficeMate (Thai) Company Limited, a Bangkok‑based B2B supplier of office and business products with 1,600 employees, set out to become a leading solutions partner by expanding beyond office supplies into software, furniture, cleaning and other essentials. To support its "Go Digital" omnichannel strategy and win back large corporate customers that preferred buying through SAP Business Network, OfficeMate needed an easy online purchasing and e‑procurement platform.
Working with local SAP experts, OfficeMate integrated with SAP Business Network and SAP Ariba Discovery to host live, interactive e‑procurement catalogs with customized SKUs, pricing and credit terms and without additional technical development. Catalog integration time dropped from 3–4 months to 4–6 weeks (a >60% reduction), sales grew more than 100% in 2021 after launching the electronic catalog, and the company expects roughly 50% annual sales growth from SAP Business Network customers over the next five years.
