HH Global is a London‑headquartered independent global marketing services provider operating in 28 countries with more than 600 employees and over $500M in spend under management. Focused on cost, quality and sustainability for major international brands, the company needed better collaboration and visibility into customer orders and payments to improve forecasting, speed up payment cycles, and reduce invoice reconciliation issues.

HH Global implemented SAP Ariba solutions—including Ariba Punchout and the Ariba Network—to gain end‑to‑end electronic visibility of orders and payments. The result was significantly improved cash flow, faster payments, more accurate invoicing and reduced reconciliation work, plus deeper customer relationships (including two major global customers onboarded). HH Global plans to expand Punchout capabilities and integrate supplier invoicing further into its ERP landscape.
