Using SAP Ariba (Punchout, cXML ordering, catalog and e‑invoicing) Computacenter built Computacenter Connect—an integrated web shop with order acknowledgement, invoice integration and electronic payment—so customers can move quotes straight into online baskets and access product benchmarking and recommendations. The result: €100M transacted over the Ariba Network, 10% of sales automated, 65% of orders processed and invoiced electronically, 12% higher online sales value, fewer errors, faster setups and time savings for customers.
