City of Córdoba strengthens its govtech ecosystem with Santex and connects startups to public sector challenges

The City of Córdoba faced a challenge in bridging the gap between its public sector and the local tech startup ecosystem. Tech entrepreneurs had a limited understanding of government operations and few opportunities to engage directly with public institutions, which hindered the development of effective govtech and smart city solutions. To address this, the city partnered with vendor Santex and Incutex on the Córdoba Govtech program.

Santex helped design and implement a program focused on training and engagement for entrepreneurs. The solution provided capability building for the B2G business model, facilitated direct stakeholder engagement with public officials, and supported the development of solutions for real urban challenges. As a result, the program strengthened the local govtech ecosystem, fostered new connections between government and entrepreneurs, and led to the development of solutions aimed at improving citizens' quality of life, creating a foundation for future collaboration.
