PUMA moves fast and gets global teams in sync with Sanity

PUMA, the global sports brand, needed a more holistic digital experience across regions and product lines, with content unified across web, mobile, and app experiences. To support this, PUMA worked with Sanity to build a flexible content platform on top of Salesforce and streamline publishing rich multimedia and textual content across its diverse marketing and e-commerce channels.

Sanity implemented a structured, multi-tenant content system that gave PUMA a single source of truth for content, with reusable building blocks, campaign-based workflows, and dynamic personalization through Salesforce integration. The results included more than 55,000 reusable content pieces, over 4,000 hero banners, 500+ category landing pages, and nearly 12,000 product categories ingested hourly, helping PUMA move faster, improve consistency across markets, and scale global content operations more efficiently.
