To support this, VOW worked with Sangoma and 888VoIP on its TalkRx integrated telephony and pharmacy management platform.

Sangoma’s A200, A400, and A10x boards were built into TalkRx to provide reliable IVR and VoIP service, caller-ID routing, call recording, voicemail archiving, fax integration, and flexible outbound messaging.
