A Sangoma Case Study
M-1, a nationwide Lithuanian radio station, needed a faster, more controlled way to manage high-volume phone-ins, competitions, and listener interactions while DJs stayed focused on-air. To solve this, M-1 worked with Sangoma partner Infospalvos and used Sangoma A102 and A500 telephony interface boards as part of the FutureVoice On-Air solution, integrating with the station’s existing Siemens PBX and PSTN network.
Sangoma enabled Infospalvos to build a simple, live call-management system that handled routing, queuing, caller histories, blacklist controls, and prize management, all from an easy-to-use interface for on-air staff. The solution was designed in just 8 weeks, went live within 3 months of initial requirements, and could handle up to 100 simultaneous callers, significantly improving studio control and operational efficiency for M-1.
