Sangoma implemented FreePBX systems across AnandRathi’s key offices, using the company’s existing MPLS and VPN connectivity to enable smooth IP telephony between sites. The deployment added features like call recording, conference rooms, voicemail, call forwarding, hunt groups, and video calling, helping improve employee productivity and significantly reduce monthly telephone overheads.
