ANTlabs Achieves Excellence in Business Communication by Installing a Full Set of UC Solutions from Sangoma

ANTlabs, a leading internet business enabler and Asia Pacific market leader for service gateways, needed to modernize its aging Cisco PBX to better support 24/7 customer service, remote workers, and rising telephony costs. The company wanted a scalable, secure unified communications system with stronger support for business continuity and day-to-day efficiency, and turned to Sangoma for a modern IP telephony solution.

Sangoma, working with partner Lantone Systems, implemented a high-availability FreePBX 100-based system with an Enterprise Session Border Controller and Vega Analog FXS Gateway, along with SIP trunking and support for remote/mobile users. The new setup improved service quality, strengthened security, preserved fax and fire alarm support, and enabled low-cost calls between ANTlabs’ Singapore and Malaysia offices, significantly reducing monthly telephony overheads and improving operational flexibility.
