To meet the demands of 24/7 availability, high-quality inbound and outbound calling, and advanced contact center features, Topsgrup worked with Sangoma and its partner Elision TechnoLab LLP to upgrade its communication infrastructure.
Sangoma implemented a contact center solution using a 2-port Sangoma PRI card (A102), providing a stable voice gateway with echo cancellation and support for high-volume calling. The deployment was completed in 2–3 weeks and delivered 99.99% uptime, improved voice quality, and no downtime since installation, while also helping Topsgrup reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
