The Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR), a ministry of the Malaysian government, was struggling with an aging and inefficient IT infrastructure. Their 68 physical servers were costly to maintain, required significant power and cooling in two dedicated rooms, and consumed all of their small IT team's time with management tasks.
