ClearSky Technologies is a mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) providing hosted mobile data services to MVNOs across the Americas, with customers typically serving 10,000–100,000 subscribers. To attract new customers and grow revenue, ClearSky needed to deliver value‑added services that optimize data traffic, provide business intelligence, and scale efficiently to meet rapid traffic growth.

ClearSky deployed Sandvine’s virtual Total Traffic Manager to launch the world’s first virtualized network policy control platform, enabling on‑demand provisioning of virtual instances at any scale. The virtualized solution delivered significant efficiencies and cost savings, allowed ClearSky to manage surging data traffic, roll out new traffic‑optimization services, and increase data ARPU for its MVNO customers.
