Richer Sounds Turns Up The Volume on Customer Experience With Sanderson

Richer Sounds, a UK electronics retailer known for outstanding customer service, faced the need to replace a decade-old EPOS and ERP platform to future‑proof operations across its 53–54 stores, website, marketplace and corporate channels within a tight timeframe of under 12 months. The retailer engaged Sanderson to provide an end-to-end technology platform—Sanderson Elucid—to improve in‑store customer experience, CRM, stock visibility and integrations with ecommerce and back‑office systems.

Sanderson used an agile delivery to implement the Elucid solution and completed the full transfer in less than 12 months. Elucid consolidated POS, stock management, task automation and aftercare workflows across 54 stores and offices, delivered a single live view of stock across channels (including the Amazon marketplace), integrated with PIM, finance and BI tools, and enabled faster promotion roll‑outs and clearer reporting—empowering colleagues, de‑risking IT and supporting Richer Sounds’ industry‑leading customer service (Richer Sounds was named Which? Retailer of the Year 2019).
