Hardy Brothers is a family-run delivered wholesaler in Northern Ireland that needed a system to support growth, improve stock traceability, reduce time-consuming manual processes and strengthen overall operations. They partnered with Sanderson and implemented the Swords wholesale distribution system with Business Intelligence to modernise purchasing, sales and reporting.
Sanderson’s Swords solution delivered real-time stock visibility, advanced sales reporting, automated debtor alerts and mobile access (with Radio Frequency planned), streamlining warehouse and sales workflows. As a result, Hardy Brothers’ turnover grew from £3m to £8m, debtor days fell by 10%, stock picking compliance rose to 96–97%, cash flow improved and targeted promotions produced a 16% turnaround on a declining product line — demonstrating clear productivity and customer-service gains.
