How Sanderson multi-channel software helped Beaverbrooks to shine

Beaverbrooks, a family‑owned, higher‑end jewellery retailer with 800 employees across 64 outlets, needed a more sophisticated CRM and a reliable web fulfilment system after launching its Beaverbrooks Club loyalty programme. Their in‑house customer database and web fulfilment were proving inadequate and required integration with existing IT; Beaverbrooks selected Sanderson and its Elucid multi‑channel software to address these challenges.

Sanderson implemented Elucid to provide integrated sales order management, CRM, ecommerce, EPoS integration, stock visibility and data migration (including de‑duplication), and a new web fulfilment process. The Elucid deployment cut delivery times from 7 days to 3, doubled web revenues, automated fulfilment, reduced labour costs, delivered cleaner data and accurate multi‑channel customer profiling — results Beaverbrooks attributes directly to Sanderson’s solution.
