ME+EM, a fast-growing luxury womenswear boutique with more than £11 million turnover in 2018 and stores, concessions and an ecommerce site, needed to scale operations while delivering a smooth customer experience across all channels. To meet this challenge the brand invested in the Sanderson multi-channel retail suite, deploying the Sanderson Elucid EPOS and integrating it with its Magento ecommerce platform to improve data capture, reporting and fulfilment control.

Sanderson implemented Elucid EPOS with full Magento integration, giving ME+EM a central portal for order fulfilment, real-time warehouse and stock management, and consistent data across channels. The result is complete data consistency and a 360-degree customer view, streamlined picking and packing in the back office, and enhanced online and in-store experiences — with Sanderson continuing to support the retailer as it rolls out business intelligence and additional features.
