Evenort Ltd, a stainless steel processor, needed a way to cross-sell beyond the narrow product lines known to each customer and to drive regular website visits with a value-added service. They engaged Sanderson and its Unity ERP solution, choosing the Unity ERP Web Portal module to extend real‑time order and product information to customers online.

Sanderson integrated the Web Portal directly with Evenort’s Unity ERP and website (secure login), enabling customers to track orders, view dispatch lists, order history and proof of delivery, and request test certificates, invoices and statements that are automatically emailed. The Sanderson solution improved customer service and cross-selling opportunities, increased frequent website visits, and materially reduced incoming calls and administrative workload so sales staff can focus on selling.
