Easylife, a leading UK catalogue and online retailer serving 2.5 million customers with 7,500 products and 900,000 parcels a year, was struggling with rapid multi-channel growth, disparate systems, slow delivery times, heavy reliance on third-party fulfilment and inconsistent customer service. To address these challenges Easylife engaged Sanderson and adopted the Priam multi-channel system along with a fully hosted responsive ecommerce platform and call-centre scripting.
Sanderson implemented Priam across ecommerce, CRM, warehouse (pick, pack and despatch), and multi-channel order management, consolidating multiple sites into a single responsive site and giving staff a unified view of customers and inventory. The Sanderson solution enabled Easylife to double website traffic, grow online orders by 228%, increase total order volumes by 251% and revenue by 151% over three years, deliver same-day despatch and improved order accuracy, and scale operations to 200+ users processing around 5,000 orders per day.
