Clipper Logistics, one of the UK’s leading logistics and 3rd‑party fulfilment providers with 40 distribution centres and 6.8 million ft2 of warehouse space, faced the challenge of rapidly onboarding and supporting SMEs while integrating with a variety of client ERP systems and keeping costs low. To meet these needs Clipper selected Sanderson’s Priam multi‑channel software to provide flexible, easy‑to‑manage warehouse, stock and order fulfilment capabilities that could be tailored to different client sizes and operational models.

Sanderson implemented the Priam solution across Clipper’s operations, providing training, integration and ongoing support so Clipper could manage the system internally and scale quickly. The deployment delivered measurable results: nine new clients on Priam within two years, the ability to bring a 100,000 ft2 operation online in three weeks, improved stock visibility, paperless HHT processing, faster client on‑boarding and increased fulfilment efficiency — generating more client referrals and a clear platform for continued growth.
