Samsung’s Energy-Efficient LED Displays Provide Rich Information Hub for Campus Life

Northwestern College needed a dynamic, environmentally friendly information hub for its new Billy Graham Community Life Commons to keep 3,000 students, faculty and guests informed throughout the day while supporting the building’s spiritual and green vision. Samsung was selected to provide the digital signage solution, supplying EX Series LED professional displays (including 46" and 55" models) for wide viewing angles, high image quality and LED-backlit energy savings.

Samsung’s LED professional displays were installed throughout public and meeting areas to run schedules, event notices, news and weather, and the installation quickly made the Commons a model of digital signage. The energy-efficient Samsung displays delivered superior image quality and expected long-term power savings, prompted other campus departments to request Samsung units, and led Northwestern College to plan a campus-wide standardization on Samsung LED displays.
