Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers needed to replace static poster menu boards with high-definition, easy-to-manage displays across its rapidly growing 160-unit system. To boost visual appeal and ensure reliable, centralized control, Freddy’s selected Samsung 55‑inch smart signage displays as the primary solution for in‑restaurant menu boards.
Samsung’s smart signage displays—deployed as three horizontally mounted 55" screens per location and integrated by Axon Displays—brought moving graphics and HD food photography that drove strong guest reaction and simplified menu updates. The Samsung boards have been rolled out to nearly all of Freddy’s ~160 locations, enabling faster, centralized or local content changes, improved uptime, and measurable operational efficiencies.
