A Samsung Case Study
Eloy Elementary School Distric, a rural Arizona district serving roughly 1,000 mostly low‑income students, faced aging classroom desktops, limited home internet access and low engagement and attendance—especially among English Language Learners. After winning a federal School Improvement Grant, the district selected Samsung’s integrated Samsung School solution, including GALAXY Note 10.1 tablets, interactive whiteboards, wireless printers and classroom management software, to modernize instruction and enable personalized, 21st‑century learning.
Samsung rolled out Samsung School to about 350 students in grades 4–6 with teacher professional development, enabling teachers to push content, monitor student screens and provide private interventions. The result: engagement surged and daily attendance climbed to nearly 100%, teachers report improved differentiation for struggling and ELL students, and the district expects increased enrollment and stronger college/workforce readiness driven by Samsung’s solution.
