Samsung Hospitality TVs and LYNK REACH Make a Big Splash at Waterpark Resort

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions needed a next‑generation in-room and resort‑wide entertainment system that could withstand humid waterpark conditions, support easy guest device connectivity, and centralize content and channel management. To address these needs the resort turned to Samsung, deploying Samsung Hospitality TVs alongside the LYNK Remote Enhanced Active Control for Hospitality (LYNK REACH) platform.

Samsung installed more than 1,500 Hospitality TVs (48" 670 Series and 65" 890 Series) across the Pocono Mountains resort and tied them to LYNK REACH for centralized channel lineup changes, remote diagnostics and in-house content delivery. The solution delivered reliable cabana and room viewing, easy device streaming, synchronized signage for promotions and events, minimized service calls and simplified fleet management—helping boost guest satisfaction and making Samsung the standard TV solution across Kalahari properties (initial property: 457 rooms, 100,000‑sq‑ft indoor waterpark).
