A Samsung Case Study
Maverik, a regional convenience-store chain with more than 270 locations and an “Adventure’s First Stop” brand, needed a digital signage program to reinforce its identity, drive customers from the pump stations into stores, and promote food, drink and loyalty offers while remaining highly visible in bright window/frontlight and reliable for 24x7 operations. Maverik partnered with Samsung for commercial-grade, high-brightness digital displays to address these challenges.
Samsung, working with integrator RevelTV, deployed an integrated program using high-brightness OM Series and DM Series commercial displays — including a 75" OM‑W 2,500‑nit screen facing pumps, 75" and smaller DM screens at checkout, 22" and 48" soda-toppers, and 40" digital menu boards — to attract and inform customers. The Samsung solution increased foot traffic (the exterior 75" is visible more than 100 feet away), drove impulse and hot-food sales (including record Cinnabon sales), boosted fountain-soda engagement, and is now being rolled out to retrofit over 50 additional Maverik stores.
