Samsung Digital Signage Displays Transform Branch Banking Experience

Mountain America Credit Union wanted to transform its branch experience as routine transactions moved online, creating an open-concept environment where staff and members could discuss more complex financial services. To achieve a strong visual centerpiece that was bright, reliable, and visible from the street, Mountain America selected Samsung and its Samsung Digital Signage Displays—specifically the UD Series direct‑lit LED displays—to deliver a panoramic video wall and additional in-branch screens.

Samsung (with integrator RevelTV) implemented an immersive three-section, 270° video wall built from 19 Samsung UD Series displays (including a 3x3 center of nine 55" panels and two 1x5 flanking arrays) plus a 65" Samsung display in the vestibule. The 700‑nit brightness and synchronized content increased walk-in traffic and member inquiries, improved member engagement and conversations about loans and retirement planning, earned consistently positive feedback, and provided faster, more flexible content updates—delivering a measurable return on experience for Mountain America Credit Union.
