Oakland Psychological Clinic, P.C., a private, for-profit mental health and chemical dependency provider operating eight clinics in southeastern Michigan, was struggling with disparate, outdated phone systems that led to missed patient calls, cumbersome interoffice consults, high carrier bills, and misplaced staff time on administrative tasks. Samsung’s OfficeServ platform, with Auto Attendant and SPNet integration, centralized inbound calls, enabled four-digit dialing and seamless call transfers, unified voicemail access, and allowed billing/insurance processing to be centralized at the main office.
