Lucid Motors, a luxury electric vehicle manufacturer, faced a challenge in its design process. Samsung implemented The Wall, a 255-inch display with a 0.8mm pixel pitch, which provided a 1:1 scale view of vehicle designs in true-to-life color and high resolution. The solution's compact and flexible design saved space for collaborative workshops and integrated with VR and engineering software. This allowed Lucid Motors to extend its design freeze closer to prototype fabrication, saving development time and money while giving teams the confidence to make accurate decisions from the digital models.
