To address this, the bank selected Samsung Cloud displays (models TC190 and TC240) integrated with a Citrix XenDesktop virtualization platform, working with vendor Samsung to replace traditional desktops.
Samsung deployed 2,500+ Cloud displays to centrally manage branch computing and enable remote work, cutting travel and support costs, improving uptime, and simplifying setup (15–30 minutes). The deployment enabled 600+ branch units and 900+ call-center staff to work from home, boosted employee morale, and reduced energy consumption by at least 60%, delivering measurable operational and cost benefits for the bank.
