ABN Digital Signage Featuring Samsung LED Displays Engages Customers, Boosts Auto Dealership Sales

The Automotive Broadcast Network sought to expand its Dealer TV offering beyond service waiting rooms to reach customers at every dealership touchpoint. To deliver broadcast‑quality, targeted digital signage that could run 16/7 with high image quality and low energy use, The Automotive Broadcast Network partnered with Samsung, deploying LED edge‑lit commercial displays — notably the 55‑inch UE Series for showroom video walls and the 46‑inch ME Series for service, parts and reception areas.

Samsung’s displays powered ABN’s new program across more than 1,200 screens in 42 states, enabling targeted promotional and informational content throughout dealerships. The result: stronger customer engagement and measurable sales lifts — for example, Honda of Superstition Springs saw service‑drive vehicle sales climb from 4–5 cars per month to about 20, then to 60–70 as screens were added — and dealers such as Covert Auto Group reported a noticeably improved showroom experience and higher sales.
